1. Using Rankd

Rankd is a free, non-commercial entertainment service. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Scrape or extract the puzzle library.
• Copy, resell, or redistribute the puzzles.
• Attempt to circumvent any limits or restrictions.
• Use the service for anything unlawful.

2. No account required

Rankd does not require an account. Your score, streak, and progress are stored in your browser. If you clear your browser data, we cannot recover your streak.

3. Accuracy

We take accuracy seriously. Every puzzle is human-reviewed before release, and every value is backed by a cited source. However, mistakes can happen. If you spot an error, please contact us at contact@rankdgames.org and we will correct it.

4. Availability

Rankd is provided “as is”. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee the service will be available every day without interruption. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

5. Advertising

Rankd is supported by advertising. By using the site, you agree to receive advertising as part of the experience. We work to keep ads unobtrusive and away from the game itself.

6. Intellectual property

All puzzles, code, and design of Rankd are owned by Rankd Games. You may share your result cards freely, but you may not reproduce the puzzles themselves.

7. Limitation of liability

Rankd is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Rankd after changes means you accept the new terms.
